Laser Hair Removal will not work with gray, blonde, vellus and red hair.  We do recommend a FREE consultation before purchase if you are not 100% sure this will work for you.

All Cancellations less than 24 hours will be counted as an appointment.  This means that all treatments and treatment areas that are scheduled for that day will be deducted from your packages.  You can buy back your treatment/treatments for $25 Per area. 

There are no refunds for purchases, sales are final.  There are no refunds for payments made to subscriptions or memberships.  You may receive credit to your account for services not rendered.  To cancel a subscription or membership please contact us in writing 15 days before payment is due to be taken.  If your request is a shorter notice than 15 days, your cancelation request may not be eligilble until the follow month.

While our goal at Kentucky Laser Hair Removal is to make sure our skin care product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. We work with our clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from Kentucky Laser Hair Removal, we welcome your slightly used product as a return if you had an allergic reaction to the product.  You must return your product within 7 days to receive a return credit. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of a store credit to be used at our office. Cash back is not an option. However, if you have not received a skin care analysis or consultation from us prior to purchasing a product, returns will not be excepted (used or unused).
